Sacred Sound and Stillness
This experience is an invitation to rest in God’s presence through sacred sound and stillness. Gentle tones from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and soft percussion create a peaceful atmosphere that helps quiet the mind and soften the body. As the sounds unfold, they offer space to breathe deeply, release tension, and become more attentive to the movement of the Holy Spirit within. Much like prayer, Eucharistic adoration, or meditative music, this time is not about doing but about receiving – allowing God to restore the soul through silence, listening and trust. It is a simple practice of sacred rest, where the sound support reflection, peace and a deeper awareness of God’s nearness.
Dates include: 4/26, 5/31, 6/28, 7/26, 8/16, 9/20, 10/25
Day: Last Sunday of each month with few exceptions
Time: 3:00pm to 4:30pm
