Eileen Wolfington retired as a physical wellness coordinator. Coupled with her previous work experience as a community health worker, Eileen’s experiences inspired her to motivate others to live in harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

She has studied healing touch, laughter yoga, labyrinth facilitation, grief movement, grief education and support, and guided sound-bath facilitation. Her interests include learning about complementary forms of medicine and studying about death, dying and end-of-life education.
