Our dining room is set up with round tables and square tables. The dining room can accommodate up to 72 guests. Larger groups will be set up in our gymnasium.
All our meals at Pallottine are provided by a buffet set up with self-serve beverage and dessert areas. Our Food Service Director, Jen Krehmeyer, coordinates her menu based on the season, retreat schedule and group size. We offer fresh fruit at each breakfast and a salad is part of the menu for each lunch and dinner. Guests are asked to self-bus their tables after each meal.
We can accommodate special dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and most food allergy needs.
There are self-serve coffee/hot tea stations located on each floor and can be used throughout the day, evening and night.
A hospitality room is provided with the meeting rooms. They are furnished with a counter for snacks, a refrigerator for beverages, a coffee station, table and chairs.
