Jared Perry is a young man whose life is grounded in his faith. Jared has been part of the Pallottine kitchen staff for one year. A graduate of Hazelwood West High School, he is headed off to Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas this fall.
“I have always been impressed by his goodness and groundedness,” says the center’s Executive Director Cindy Costello.“He comes from this place of wanting to help people and be a positive touchstone in their lives, even if it is only with a smile during the course of a retreat with his friends and co-workers or to help co-create the kingdom. Really a great young man.”

Tell us about what gifts you bring to your work at Pallottine?
I am very happy that God has blessed me with a first job like I have at Pallottine. I bring positivity with me every day. I am fast, hard-working and work well with others as a team. I find that working with my co-workers and building connections with them is very rewarding.

What does Pallottine’s motto, “Refresh, Reflect, Renew” mean to you?
To me, it is a reminder to offer the groups a rewarding retreat experience as best I can, showing them love as God would show them and help them come out of their retreat happier than when they came in.
